Essential Qualification
- General Manager (Various Fields):
- Must have a Full-Time Engineering Degree or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- A minimum of 18 years of experience is required for this senior role.
- Manager and Deputy Manager Roles:
- Requires a Degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, or MBA depending on the department.
- Must have 10 to 16 years of work experience in the relevant field.
- Junior Manager and Officers:
- A Bachelor degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Science is needed.
- Experience ranges from 0 to 5 years. Some posts like Officer Production require a GATE 2025 Score.
- Accountant:
- Must be a Graduate in Commerce (B.Com).
- At least 4 years of experience in accounting is required.
- Prosthetic / Audiologist Officer:
- Must have a Bachelor degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics or Audiology.
- Must be registered with the Central Rehabilitation Register (CRR).
Common Requirement: All candidates should have good computer knowledge and communication skills. Knowing how to use SAP software is a very big plus point for all positions.
Selection Process
- Personal Interview: For senior roles like General Manager and Deputy General Manager, selection is based on an interview.
- Online Test: For Accounts Officer, Audiologist, and Accountant, an online test will be held.
- GATE Score 2025: For Officer Production and Officer O&M, candidates are selected based on their GATE 2025 marks.
- Online Test + Interview: If many people apply (more than 20 people for one post), the corporation might conduct both an online test and an interview.
