Essential Qualification
- Stenographer Grade III
- Candidate must have a Bachelor Degree like BA or BSc from a known college.
- Candidate must have passed 10th Grade with Punjabi as a subject.
- Candidate must know how to use a Computer well.
- Candidate must have a speed of 80 words per minute in English Shorthand.
- Candidate must have a speed of 20 words per minute in typing the same on computer.
Selection Process
- Proficiency Test
- Candidates will give a test in English Shorthand at 80 words per minute.
- Candidates must transcribe the shorthand notes at 20 words per minute on a computer.
- Document Verification
- All original papers like birth proof and degree will be checked at the time of the test.
