Essential Qualification

  • Registrar and Directors
    • Master Degree with at least 55 percent marks.
    • Minimum 15 years of experience in teaching or administration.
  • Account and University Engineer
    • Relevant Degree in Commerce or Civil Engineering.
    • Valid Experience in the specific field is required.
  • Senior and Junior Clerks
    • A Bachelor Degree from any recognized university.
    • Basic Computer Knowledge and CCC certificate is needed.
    • Good Typing Speed in English or Gujarati.
  • Laboratory Assistant and Technician
    • Bachelor of Science or 10th Grade with relevant Diploma.
    • Basic knowledge of lab safety and equipment handling.

Selection Process

  1. The Gujarat University will conduct a Written Examination for most administrative posts.
  2. Candidates for high level posts like Registrar will be called for a Personal Interview.
  3. There will be a Skill Test or Typing Test for Clerk positions.
  4. Document Verification will be done for all selected candidates to check original certificates.
  5. Final selection will be based on Merit List prepared from exam scores.
