- Two years full time MBA in HR or IR or MSW or MA in Social Work.
- Candidate must have First Class marks.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a good company.
- Assistant Manager HR Grade III
- Two years full time MBA in HR or IR or MSW or MA in Social Work.
- Candidate must have First Class marks.
- At least 4 years of work experience in a good company.
First Class means you must have at least 60 percent total marks. SC, ST and PwD candidates only need 55 percent marks. A Law Degree is also good to have for these jobs.
