Essential Qualification
- Customer Service Associate (CSA) / Probationary Officers: You must have a Graduation or Post Graduation Degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized university. Knowledge of Computer Skills is preferred.
- IT Officer / Manager IT: You need a 4-year Engineering Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or a Post Graduate Degree in related fields with minimum 60% marks. Work experience is required for Manager post.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / Manager CA: You must be a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI. Work experience is required for Manager post.
- Law Officer / Manager Law: You need a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) with minimum 50% marks and must be enrolled as an advocate. Work experience is required for Manager post.
- Risk Officer / Credit Officer / Manager Risk: You need a Full-time MBA (Finance) or Master Degree in Math/Stats with minimum 60% marks. Certification in Risk is preferred. Work experience is required for Manager post.
- Field Officer (Agriculture): You need a 4-year Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Veterinary Science / Dairy Science with minimum 50% marks.
- HR Officer: You need a Graduate degree and Two Years Full Time Post Graduate degree/diploma in HR / Personnel Management with minimum 50% marks.
- Manager Security: You need a Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of experience as an Officer in the Army/Navy/Air Force or Paramilitary forces.
Selection Process
- Online Written Exam: All candidates must appear for an online test. The exam will have questions on Reasoning, English Language, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge, and Quantitative Aptitude.
- Exam Details: The exam has a total of 200 Questions for 200 Marks. The time duration is 145 Minutes.
- Negative Marking: There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
- Personal Interview: Candidates who pass the online exam will be called for an Interview.
- Document Verification: Checking of original documents and identity proof.
- Medical Fitness: Final selection depends on being medically fit.
