Essential Qualification

  • Local Bank Officer
    • Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
    • Professional degrees like CA, Engineering, or Medical are also eligible.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience as an officer in a Commercial or Rural Bank.
    • Must be able to read, write, and speak the local language of the applied state.

Selection Process

  1. Online Test: A computer-based test with 120 questions for 120 marks. The test will last 120 minutes. There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
  2. Psychometric Test: To check suitability for the role.
  3. Language Proficiency Test (LPT): To test local language skills.
  4. Group Discussion and/or Interview: Final assessment of the candidate.
