- B.E. or B.Tech in the relevant engineering branch.
- Trainee Officer (Finance)
- CMA, CA, or MBA/PG Diploma in Finance.
- Trainee Officer (Human Resource)
- MBA or PG Diploma in HR, PM&IR, or Social Work.
- Trainee Officer (Business Development)
- MBA or PG Diploma with a specialization in Marketing.
- Trainee Diploma Assistant (All Disciplines)
- 3-year Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline.
- Trainee Assistant (Finance)
- Degree in Commerce or Business Administration (Finance).

Candidates must have at least 55% marks in their qualification. For SC/ST/PwBD candidates, 50% marks are required.
Selection Process
- Written Test: A Computer Based Online Test (CBOT) will be conducted.
- Exam Pattern: The test has 120 questions and a duration of two hours.
- 100 questions on the specific subject.
- 20 questions on General Aptitude.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Final Merit: The final selection is based on 85% weightage for the written test and 15% for the interview.
