Selection Process

  1. For Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) Post Code JHT 2025:
    • Selection via: Open Written Competitive Exam (Two Papers).
    • Paper I:
      • Type: Objective MCQ OMR or Computer Based. Medium: English and Hindi. Level: Graduation.
      • Duration: 1 Hour.
      • Subjects: General Intelligence (50q 150m) Quant Aptitude (25q 75m) General Awareness (25q 75m).
      • Total Marks: 300.
      • Negative Marking: 1 mark for each wrong answer.
      • Must pass Paper I threshold to qualify for Paper II check.
    • Paper II:
      • Type: Descriptive Writing and Translation Skills.
      • Duration: 2 Hours.
      • Total Marks: 300.
      • Content: Paragraph writing Precis writing Translation (English Hindi).
      • Final merit list based ONLY on Paper II marks.
  2. For Hindi Officer (HO) Post Code HO-2025:
    • Selection via: Written Exam followed by Interview.
    • Weightage: Written 75% Interview 25%.
    • Written Exam:
      • Type: Objective MCQ. Medium: HINDI.
      • Duration: 2 Hours.
      • Total Marks: 300.
      • Negative Marking: 1/3 mark for each wrong answer. No penalty for skipped questions.
    • Interview:
      • Total Marks: 100.

  3. Upload fee payment details and e-receipt copy into the online application.
