Selection Process
- Screening: Applications will be screened based on criteria set by the Screening Committee. This may include:

- Patents, publications (SCI/Peer Reviewed Journals), quality and authorship.
- Research specialization (M.Tech/PhD Thesis).
- Performance in written test/seminar (if conducted).
- Relevant experience post-qualification.
- Weightage for experience in product development/technology innovation/translational research.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Final Selection: Selection is based on performance in the interview and recommendations of the Selection Committee.
