Essential Qualification
- Confidential Assistant Grade II
- A Bachelors Degree from a Kerala University.
- K.G.T.E. (Higher) in Typewriting (English).
- K.G.T.E. (Higher) in Shorthand (English) or equivalent.
Selection Process
- Dictation Test: This test involves dictation of a passage for 10 minutes. The speed will be between 100 and 120 words per minute. Transcription on a computer should be done in 2.5 hours. Maximum marks are 100.
- Interview: The interview carries a maximum of 10 marks.
- Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in both the dictation test and interview separately to be considered suitable.
