Essential Qualification
- IITM Research Associate
- Doctorate degree in subjects like Meteorology Atmospheric Sciences Oceanic Sciences Physics Applied Physics or related fields.
- Must have at least one first author research paper in an SCI journal.
- IITM Research Fellow
- Post Graduate degree in Physical Sciences Chemical Sciences or Mathematical Sciences. OR
- M Tech in Atmospheric Oceanic Sciences or related subjects. OR
- Masters degree in any branch of Engineering.
- Must have qualified in CSIR UGC NET UGC NET ICAR NET GATE or JEST.
Selection Process
- Applications will be checked based on the given criteria.
- For IITM Research Fellow if many people apply a written test may be held to shortlist.
- Marks from the written test are only for shortlisting for the interview.
- Final selection will be based on interview performance.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
