Essential Qualification

  • For 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme - 55:
    • Must have passed 10+2 Grade or equivalent exam.
    • Minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Math (PCM) in 12th Grade.
    • Must have appeared in the JEE (Mains) 2025 exam.
    • Must be an unmarried male candidate.

Selection Process

  1. Application: Apply online on the official website.
  2. Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on their JEE Mains Common Rank List (CRL) score. The Army has the right to set the cut-off score without notice.
  3. SSB Interview: Shortlisted candidates attend a five-day Service Selection Board (SSB) interview, likely in Feb/Mar 2026. This has two stages (Stage I and Stage II). Those who fail Stage I are sent back the same day.
  4. Medical Exam: Candidates recommended by the SSB undergo a medical check-up at a Military Hospital.
  5. Merit List and Joining Letter: A final merit list is prepared based only on SSB marks. Joining Letters are issued based on this merit list and the number of vacancies available.

The SSB is a multi-day process including psychological tests, group testing, and interviews. Final selection is strictly based on SSB performance and medical fitness.
