Essential Qualification

Candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks in their qualifying degree. For some posts, 60% in 10th and 12th is also required. Please check the specific educational requirements for each post below.

  • GS(X)/Hydro, Pilot, NAOO, ATC: BE/B.Tech in any discipline.
  • Logistics: BE/B.Tech, MBA, B.Sc/B.Com/B.Sc.(IT) with PG Diploma, or MCA/M.Sc (IT).
  • Naval Armament Inspectorate: BE/B.Tech in specific engineering streams.
  • Information Technology: BE/B.Tech in IT related fields or PG in Electronics/Physics.
  • Law: A degree in Law with minimum 55% marks.
  • Education: MSc or BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in relevant subjects.
  • Engineering & Electrical (GS): BE/B.Tech in specific engineering streams.
  • Naval Constructor: BE/B.Tech in specific engineering streams.

Selection Process

  1. Shortlisting of Applications: Based on marks in the qualifying degree.
  2. SSB Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an SSB interview.
  3. Medical Examination: Candidates recommended by the SSB will undergo a medical exam.
  4. Merit List: A final merit list will be prepared based on SSB marks.
