| Physical Efficiency Test (PET) | Race 100 Mtrs: To be completed within 18 seconds (Male) / 20 seconds (Female) Race 800 Mtrs: To be completed within 4 minutes (Male) / 5 minutes (Female) Long Jump: 11 Feet (3 chances to be given) (Male) / 9 Feet (3 chances to be given)(Female) Shot put (7.26kgs): 14 Feet (Male) / Not applicable (Female) Qualifying in nature. No marks will be awarded. |
| Physical Standard Test (PST) | Height, Weight and Chest measurement. Physical Standard of female candidates shall be measured by female staff only. Chest measurement of female candidates should not be taken. |
