The minimum age for all applicants is 21 years. The maximum age for the Unreserved category is 35 years. For BC candidates it is 37 years. For all female candidates it is 38 years. For SC/ST candidates it is 40 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Essential Qualification
Here are the qualifications required. Candidates must also be residents of Jharkhand.
- All Full-time Teachers (except Computer and Physical Education)
- Graduation with 50% marks in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed or a two-year Diploma in Education.
- Must have passed the JTET exam for class 1-8 posts.
- Full-time Teacher (Physical Education)
- Bachelor in Physical Education degree is required.
- Full-time Teacher (Computer)
- BCA or BSc in Computer Science degree.
- Or a Graduate with a 2-year computer diploma.
- Accountant
- B.Com degree with 50% marks.
- One-year computer course like PGDCA/DCA.
- Knowledge of Tally software is a must.
- Support Staff (Peon and Night Guard)
- Must have passed the 10th Grade (Matriculation).
- Head Cook and Assistant Cook
- Must have passed the 8th Grade.
- Experience in cooking is required.
Selection Process
- For Teachers: A merit list will be made from academic scores. Then, there will be a qualifying proficiency test. Final selection includes a classroom observation.
- For Accountant: A merit list will be made from academic scores. After that, a qualifying computer skill test will be conducted.
- For Other Staff: Selection will be based on qualifications. Cooks will also have a practical cooking test.
