The age limit is as of 01/01/2025. Age relaxation for reserved categories is as per Punjab Government rules.
Essential Qualification
For all posts a degree like B.A. or B.Sc. is needed. Also 10th Grade with Punjabi subject is a must.
- Stenographer Grade-III
- English Shorthand speed 80 WPM
- Transcription speed 20 WPM
- Good with computers Word Spreadsheets
- Clerk
- Good with computer operations
Selection Process
- For Stenographer Grade-III there will be a shorthand and computer test.
- For Clerk there will be a written test.
- English Composition 50 Marks
- General Knowledge 50 Marks
- Need 33% in each and 40% total to pass.
- A computer test will also be there.
- Bring ID and original documents for tests.
