NSTL DRDO Junior Research Fellowship Recruitment 2025: Details, Eligibility & Application Form

The age eligibility for all the posts is between 18 to 28 years as on 19/02/2025.

1. Interested candidates may appear before the Selection Committee with their Bio-Data.
2. Candidates should bring original and a set of Xerox copies of the mentioned documents:
   
   1. Marks sheets and certificates in support of Educational Qualification(s)
   2. Birth certificate or Matriculation/10th class certificate in support of Date of Birth
   3. Valid NET/GATE score card (if applicable)
   4. Valid SC/ST/OBC certificate (if applicable)
   5. A valid Photo ID card (Aadhaar/PAN card/Voter ID card/Passport)
   6. 2 recent Passport size photographs
3. Candidates should pay the examination fee of Rs. 10/- (SC/ST/OBC are exempted).

1. What is the age limit for applying to the JRF positions at NSTL?
   The upper age limit for applying is 28 years as on the date of the walk-in interview. However, there are age relaxations applicable for candidates belonging to SC, ST, and OBC categories as per the Government of India orders.
2. Is there an application fee for the JRF recruitment?
   Yes, there is an application fee of Rs. 10 for the general category. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories are exempted from paying the fee.
3. What is the selection process for the JRF positions?
   The selection process may involve a written test of objective-type multiple-choice questions, followed by an interview. The final selection will be based on the candidates performance in the interview.
4. Can I apply if I do not have a valid NET/GATE score?
   A valid NET/GATE score is essential for candidates with a B.E./B.Tech. degree. However, if you have a postgraduate degree (M.E./M.Tech.) in the relevant discipline in the first division, you may be eligible to apply without a NET/GATE score.
