Essential Qualification
- Data Scientist / Data Engineer / IT Experts (Post 1, 2, 20, 21, 22, 24, 27): You need a Master Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Economics. OR You need a B.E. or B.Tech degree in Computer Science or IT. You also need 4 to 7 years of work experience in the relevant field.
- IT Security / Cyber Security / Network Admin (Post 3, 4, 7, 8, 11): You need a B.E., B.Tech, or Master Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics. Certification in Security is desired. You need 5 years of experience in this field.
- Project Manager (Civil) (Post 9): You need a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. You also need 5 years of experience in construction projects.
- Risk Specialists / Analysts (Post 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 25, 26, 28): You need a Post Graduate Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or an MBA in Finance. You need 3 to 7 years of experience in risk management or banking.
- Accounts Specialist (Post 16): You need to be a CA (Chartered Accountant) or ICWA. You need 5 years of experience.
- Programme Coordinator (Post 29): You need a Post Graduate Degree in Economics or Finance. You need 10 to 15 years of experience in teaching or banking.
Selection Process
- Preliminary Screening: A committee will look at all the applications. They will shortlist candidates based on their qualification and experience. Merely having the minimum qualification does not guarantee an interview.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will have to show their original documents to prove their age, education, and experience.
- Interview: The final selection will be based on a Personal Interview. The Board decides the final list of selected candidates.
