Essential Qualification

Head (Product, Investment & Research)	Mandatory: Graduation/Post-Graduation. Preferred: Market analytics knowledge, research passion. Minimum 12 years of experience in financial services, product development, investment advisory & Private Banking. Minimum 8 years in Wealth Management. Experience in Product Development and structuring for Private Wealth clients, Managing Investment Counselors/Advisors, and having excellent knowledge in equity products, PMS, AIF, and Mutual Funds.
Zonal Head	Mandatory: Graduation. Minimum 15 years experience in managing sales in Wealth/retail banking/investments in financial services industry or AMC, out of which min. 5 years in leading RM & Team Lead.
Regional Head	Mandatory: Graduation. 12+ years experience in relationship management, preferably in wealth management, with leading banks/financial firms. 5+ years in leading team of Relationship Managers or Team Lead preferably in Wealth Management.
Relationship Manager- Team Lead	Mandatory: Graduation. Min. 8 years experience in relationship management, preferably wealth management, with leading banks. Preferred: Team Lead Experience.
Central Research Team (Product Lead)	Mandatory: Post Graduation in related field. Preferred Qualification: NISM certifications (Investment Advisor/ Research Analyst). Minimum 5 years experience in Equity Research/ Products or Wealth Management. Minimum 8 years experience in research analytics, knowledge about global economic trends, primary and secondary Equity/Fixed income market. Flair in equity or bond.
