The upper age limit is relaxable. There is a 12-year relaxation for direct recruitment as per government orders. Additionally there is a 5-year relaxation for SCs, STs, BCs, and EWS candidates. Ex-Servicemen get a 3-year relaxation plus their service length.

Essential Qualification
- Drivers
- Must have passed 10th Grade (SSC) or its equivalent.
- Must have a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence.
- Licence must be held for at least 18 months as of 17/09/2025.
- Shramiks
- Must have passed ITI in the relevant trade.
- Relevant trades include Mechanic, Fitter, Electrician, Painter, and more.
Selection Process
- For Drivers: The selection process includes a Physical Measurement Test and a Driving Test of 60 marks. Weightage of 40 marks will be given for academic qualification and experience.
- For Shramiks: Selection is based on merit. Weightage of 100 marks is given for ITI marks and National Apprenticeship Certificate.
- Document Verification will be done for all posts.
- Medical Examination will be conducted for selected candidates.
