Essential Qualification
- Computer Operator Grade-A:
- Passed Intermediate (12th Grade) examination with Physics and Mathematics subjects from a recognized board.
- AND
- Passed O Level computer examination from DOEACC / NIELIT Department of Government of India.
- OR
- Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Electronics Engineering from the Council of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh, or any qualification recognized as equivalent by the Government.
Selection Process
- Written Examination: There will be a written exam of 200 marks. It will have 160 objective type questions. The time duration is 2 hours. The subjects include General Knowledge, Mental Aptitude, Reasoning, and Computer Science. The exam will be OMR based.
- Computer Typing Test: Candidates who pass the written exam will be called for a typing test. This is qualifying in nature. Speed required is minimum 25 words per minute in Hindi and 30 words per minute in English with 85 percent accuracy.
- Document Verification: Successful candidates will be called for the verification of their original documents.
- Final Merit List: The final selection will be based on the marks obtained in the written examination, subject to qualifying the typing test.
