- Candidate must have passed the Intermediate Examination (12th Grade) from the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh, or any examination recognized as equivalent by the Government.
- Candidate must have appeared in the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET-2025) and possess a valid scorecard issued by the Commission. Candidates with an absolute score or normalized score of zero or less (negative) are not eligible.
Selection Process

- Candidates will be shortlisted for the Main Examination based on their normalized score in the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET-2025).
- Candidates with zero or negative scores in PET-2025 will not be shortlisted.
